Minoa has been a provider in the luxury home goods sector for a few years, delivering quality and sustainability to its customers. As we continue to evolve, we recognize the need to modernize our digital footprint to serve our diverse clientele better. To this end, we seek enthusiastic students to join us in a comprehensive web development project on our Shopify platform to revitalize our online presence and enhance our engagement across consumer (B2C) and trade (B2B) outreach.


Project Objectives:

Comprehensive Website Evaluation: Students will start by immersing themselves in our current website’s structure on Shopify, understanding our extensive range of products, and grasping our target markets, mission, and vision.

Research and Development: Conduct thorough research to identify key factors influencing website quality and SEO effectiveness on Shopify.

Criteria Formulation: Develop a robust set of evaluation criteria tailored to assess the effectiveness of our web pages on Shopify. Each criterion should have a strong rationale and focus on B2C and B2B interactions.

Strategic Assessment: Apply these criteria to evaluate our website systematically, identifying strengths and pinpointing areas for enhancement.

Immediate Implementation: Students can optionally implement actionable recommendations on the Shopify platform to enhance our retail and trade customers' user experience, SEO, and functional efficiency.


Additional Opportunities:

Implementation Support: Beyond making recommendations, participate in the hands-on application of these changes, gaining practical experience in web development and digital strategy execution.
