Automation Specialist Project

The main goal of this project is to automate many of Jobby's processes, especially their email processes which currently require a lot of manpower. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates. They will also be responsible for automating more basic tasks such as as emailing clients to confirm basic details to set up meetings with them, our communication process between our development team and our customer service representatives, and utilizing artificial intelligence to create new automated processes and to better automate existing ones.

Digital Marketing Student

We’re looking for a student to help us source, curate, develop, and post the content implementing strategies to increase awareness and nurture engagement. The goal of this content is to grow the Jobby community, and to increase our footprint through digital marketing. The student for this project will also be analyzing data and reviewing competitor strategies to see how we can improve our digital marketing. Exploring how artificial intelligence can be used to find better strategies and automate some of our manual digital marketing practices will also be explored.

Jobby Platform Design Principles

The main goal of the project is to research technologies to see which software languages would be best to build Jobby's short form video content app (essentially TikTok for jobs), as well as the basic design principles that should be used when building said app. The learner should also look into how artificial intelligence can be leveraged in app in order to drive sales and other desirable effects. This project will involve looking into how competitors are leveraging software applications and artificial intelligence and if similar strategies should be used by us.

Business Development Student

We’re looking for a student to help us analyze our competition and help improve our current service positioning to make more compelling offers for clients, and then to source and message potential customers. This includes competitor research, customer research, initial reach outs and following up after meetings.
