We are looking for a student to help develop and distribute a newsletter that supports the organizations' cause. We think this project will include: Creating a weekly newsletter with helpful information so readers feel inspired Creating and soliciting materials to be published. Determining the features of a publication. Setting and enforcing deadlines. Making a final determination about what will be published in an issue. Coordinating frequency of publication. Overseeing all operations of a publication. Drafting emails pertaining to the organization. Timed deliveries of content delivery and emails.

The primary focus for the student will be: Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.
Digital Content Creation 2.0
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned to what our organization is all about Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Website Development
We would like a new website for our organization. We would like to work with students to develop to fix our current website, make it running and get SEO better. Students should be prepared to: Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
Voice Over Script writing II
Our organization wants to create a simple video using images that we already have. We would like to collaborate with students to help us tell a compelling story through this video. Based on our desired outcomes and the selected images, we would like the students to write scripts.

Security & Penetration Testing of Web Application 2.0
Our company has a website / technology product. A standard practice for web based tools is to conduct what is known as penetration tests. We would like a group of students to design and perform a pen test on our application, involving: Students become familiar with our product and understand generally how it works. Students should spend time conducting research on state of the art pen testing technologies. They should look into common vulnerability lists such as OWASP Top 10, and common security tools such as Nmap, Burp Suitar, Nessus, and Wireshark. Students should have a written attack plan and present it to us Students are free to attack our product as per the presented plan.
New Product Marketing
We would like to revamp our marketing as we have recently developed a new product. Together with our marketing team, we would like students to design new promotional material for this new product. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Assessing our existing marketing strategy and efforts. Recommending marketing tactics to promote our new product such as exclusive previews and introductory offers. Designing promotional material for various media. Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.
Mobile App Development
We want to make an app where we can connect with our donars. We would like to collaborate with students to implement some app updates. These updates will help us provide new features and fix bugs. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our platform, products and services. Identifying updates that should be added to our app. Implementing and documenting changes. Recommending areas for future app improvement.
Data Analysis Research
We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our raw datasets. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our project’s objectives and analysis procedures. Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset. Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts. Performing relevant statistical tests to determine the significance of results. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending future areas of study.
